Hebe 'Frozen Flame' was a new plant introduction in 2009. It has green and white variegated leaves which flush purple during Winter and through to Spring. Hebes are easy to grow: they just need a sunny spot in well drained soil, and are fairly compact so does not need pruning. It is a much stronger grower than previous brightly coloured foliage Hebes such as 'Orphan Annie' and 'Dazzler'.
If you like this then you would almost certainly like Hebe 'Heartbreaker' too which has foliage that flushes vivid pink during Winter.
